Head and Eye Movements - HEM

"Practicing Head and Eye Movements teaches you to look wherever you go."

So I guess the everyday move sounds pretty trivial. The practice is not quite as trivial, at least not to me. The movement starts with the eyes only, then followed by the head.I noticed I sometimes include my head movement a bit early.

Yet I discovered a trick to notice what I do: I rest my head at a head rest or a wall. And then start to move my eyes left, (right, up, down...). Only when my eyes cannot move any further to the left (right, up, down...), I start to move my head. The point of contact on the back of my head helps me to notice when I move before I intend to move. This way I 'calibrate' the sensations in my neck and the timing to do the move with more impeccability without a contact.

EnJoy!

"Head and Eye Movements lehrt Dich, zu schauen, bevor und wohin Du gehst."

Ok.

Viel Spass!
