Whole Foot (WF) - Ganzer Fuss

(The English versions of video and text are below the German ones)

Ein weiterer Satz aus dem Buch "lasse dich in deinen Fusskanten (im Umfang deiner Füsse) nieder"  ("settle into the edges of your feet"...)  hmm. Sehr entspannend. Sehr lecker. Geniesse es!

16.01.2014 Im Buch gefallen mir besonders "Sei dir dreier Punkte deines Fußes bewusst - die Mitte der Ferse, die Inneseite des Fußballens, und die Aussenseite des Fußes" ( „Be aware of three points on the bottom of your foot - the center of your heel, the inner edge of the ball of the foot, and the outer edge of your foot“) und "Sei dir des Fußes bewusst, der in der Luft ist" („Aware of the airborne foot“).

Jan 17, 2021 What has changed in almost exactly 7 years? I still love the stability and relaxation, the roots that WF gives me. Another sentence I've come to love "settle into the edges of your feet"... hmm. Very relaxing. Oh and I have found another everyday use of whole foot: when we walk and then stop, the foot that stops second typically stops in WF. And the awareness of the WF edges while seated is another delicacy. EnJoy!

Jan 16, 2014  What sticks out to me from the description in the  book is „Be aware of three points on the bottom of your foot - the center of your heel, the inner edge of the ball of the foot, and the outer edge of your foot“ and „Aware of the airborne foot“.I play with that and start to be aware of the three points in both feet - also in the airborne one. Wow! This feels very different from my daily „sort-of“ „WF“-experiences. Imagine to walk like this every time you climb a stair!! And combine with Cat Stance!

My everyday practice: climbing stairs, or when balancing (in combination with Cat Stance)
