• Ideal if you’ve already redeemed your first free Nia class and can’t or don’t want to commit regularly.

Mindful Momentum — €15.00 (30 minutes)

What is Mindful Momentum? You help shape it. It can include tips for integrating Nia into daily life, deep dives into Nia techniques, open Q&A sessions, and more. Mindful Momentum sessions available on request.
