Bow Stance - Bo ^S

March 24-30, 2014

What I love about the classic form of 70% weight on the front foot, 30% on the behind leg is that the front lower leg is vertical, and so is the back upper leg: in my sensation, that resonates beautifully.

Then, in the non-classical form, I like to shift my weight back and forth and left and right and enjoy the stability.

Ann Christiansen's tipp: use the front leg for stability and the back leg for mobility - as if it was a spaghetti leg.

Everyday use: Next time you are on a ship or train and need to stand - give bow stance a chance. Your center of gravity can move, and you will stay planted as if you had roots. EnJoy!!

Dynamic Ease!
